• Distributing malware, phishing links, or harmful content.
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your business identity.

4. Custom Suffixes

Users who create custom suffixes (e.g., wem.me/custom) are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use that name. We reserve the right to reclaim or remove any suffix that violates trademarks or is deemed inappropriate.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any issues arising from WhatsApp's platform availability or changes to their API/Link policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wemme shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
